Argall has been appointed to assist in concluding the design and documentation of a multi-residential development - Rosebery - at 21 Wattle Road, Hawthorn. This boutique $8 million townhouse development will combine pleasing aesthetic lines, a high degree of functionality and top end finishes to achieve a quality outcome for the developer and future residents.
We are excited to be working alongside Idle Architecture Studio, providing a comprehensive service which will utilize our broad skill base. As part of our design and construction engagement with Drive Constructions we will be engaging in value engineering to deliver the most cost effective solution.
Argall will be required to adapt the engineering design to suit the construction methodology which has been chosen to deliver this project. This is something we are well versed in, having employed different design methodologies on an array of projects which utilized varying construction methodologies in the past.
